Security & Controls Auditing – We provide a comprehensive review of your current security processes
and procedures, provide a detailed "State of Security" report and make change recommendations based
on SAP Best Practices. Upon client approval, we implement the changes and test for compliance.
Segregation of Duties Compliance Review – First, we create and or define the Segregation of Duties
(SOD) Matrix as it applies to your organization. Then we identify any conflicts and create a work plan to
resolve them. Once the conflicts have been resolved, a comprehensive process of testing, auditing and
compliance demonstrations complete the process.
SAP HR Security Solutions – Due to the sensitive nature of HR data, SAP HR implementations often
require special security roles, authorizations, etc. In these situations we define those requirements
based on the organizations business needs. We define and implement roles as required, test, audit
and work until customer satisfaction is attained.
Security Re-evaluation and/or Redesign – Company reorganization, strategy changes or change in
business processes can all affect SAP Security. As your business changes, so do your SAP users roles
and authorizations. We will work closely with you through this transitional period to ensure that your SAP
